Pitch Marketing Group, the independent creative marketing agency, has today announced the appointment of Adam Raincock in the new role of Managing Partner.
Raincock joins Pitch at the end of October from a Director of Communications role at Synergy, where he was responsible for a wide range of sport and entertainment marketing campaigns. He has more than a decade of experience leading successful global campaigns for the likes of Emirates, BMW, Guinness, Mastercard and Under Armour.
As Managing Partner at Pitch, Raincock will work alongside Founding Partner Henry Chappell, Chairman Ian Priest and Finance Director Wendy Ward to form a new leadership team for the multi award winning agency. The recruitment of a Managing Partner follows the recent launch of Pitch’s sponsorship and branded content division, and the appointments of Gavin Peters as Director of Partnerships in 2016, and Lee Cheney as Head of Production earlier this year.
Henry Chappell, Founding Partner of Pitch Marketing Group, said: “It’s fantastic to have Adam on board at an exciting time for Pitch. As Managing Partner his main responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our three agency divisions: PR, Partnerships and Productions. He has broad industry expertise and exceptional leadership skills which will make him an invaluable asset to our agency. I am delighted he has chosen to join us and I’m looking forward to working with him to continue the growth of the company.”
Adam Raincock, Managing Partner of Pitch Marketing Group, said: “I’m thrilled about the career opportunity and business challenge that this role offers. Pitch has a remarkable client roster, unrivalled experience, and a number of award-winning campaigns to be proud of. I’m looking forward to taking up a leadership role within the agency, and creating some ground-breaking work for our clients in the years ahead.”
Ian Priest, Chairman of Pitch Marketing Group, said:
“The creation of a new Managing Partner role is a significant development for Pitch, and reflects an evolution of the agency structure and leadership responsibility. Adam is a senior, highly respected industry figure, and will play a key role moving forwards. As a partner in the agency, Adam will share responsibility with the rest of the leadership team to continue the growth of the business through the creation of great ideas and distinctive campaigns that deliver a real impact for clients.”
