Wretch 32 played a secret busking performance at King’s Cross Station for #YOntheRoad

Wretch 32 played an incredible fifteen minute acoustic set featuring three of his biggest hits, ‘Forgiveness,’ ‘Don’t Go,’ and recent single ‘Blackout’ at a surprise busking event, as the final stop of Yahoo! on the Road ahead of Yahoo! Wireless Festival this weekend.

The British star completely embraced his new busker role, jokingly apologising that he didn’t have a hat for people to throw money into. For the opening two tracks Wretch was accompanied by the smoky yet soaring vocals of ShezAr. He finished the second performance with a crowd sing-a-long, wrapping his arm around ShezAr as the pair encouraged the audience to join them in singing the song’s chorus

Wretch was joined by Shakka for the final song, his latest hit single ‘Blackout’. The performance was an absolute sensation with the duo’s voices soaring and intertwining across the main concourse of King’s Cross. As the song drew to a close Wretch, in true busker class, thanked every one for coming out before saying, “I haven’t been here in years. I really want to catch a train now.”
