The British Olympic Association has engaged Pitch to provide PR support for the exclusive ‘Our Greatest Team Rises’ event, a pre-Olympics celebration of Team GB and ParalympicsGB. Being held at the Royal Albert Hall on 11th May 2012.
The event will be a star-studded evening designed to raise much needed funds for our athletes ahead of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Headlining ‘Our Greatest Team Rises’ will be international superstar, Gary Barlow.
The event will be hosted by TV presenter Davina McCall and comedian John Bishop, the nights entertainment will include singing sensation Alfie Boe, bright young classical star, violinist Charlie Siem and Britain’s Got Talent winners, Spelbound. Pitch will be undertaking a consumer and lifestyle PR campaign in the build up to the event as well as media managing the red carpet arrivals on the night itself.
900 athletes, 60 million fans
