Pitch has teamed up with new sports charity Sported.

Founded in 2008, Sported works to significantly expand voluntary and community sector sport as a means of transforming the lives of disadvantaged young people.

Sported provide significant operational and financial resources to community sports organisations and projects which enable them to effectively reach, influence and improve the lives of more disadvantaged young people than ever before.

As a young charity, one of Sported's main objectives is to develop a network of delivery organisations. Sported work to make these delivery organisations feel part of a community sport family and ensure that they have the funding and support they need to operate at the maximum of their potential.

Through memberships, funding, mentoring and organisational development, Sported work to transform voluntary and community sector. Pitch provide ongoing PR advice and support for the charity and agency staff will also undertake fundraising through a range of initiatives and sponsored actvities.
