Fred Perry

Consumer PR campaign to support Fred Perry’s sporting initiatives.

2009 marks 100 years since the birth of British tennis legend Fred Perry. By generating media coverage through ambassador-led campaigns, event management and creative PR activity we are maximizing awareness of the brand’s involvement in sport.

In 2008, we worked with table tennis player Darius Knight to produce creative photography, interviews and media relations campaign around the Fred Perry Urban Cup.

In June, Pitch managed the launch event to unveil the new tennis kit exclusively designed by Fred Perry for Andy Murray’s appearance at Wimbledon 2009. The event achieved coverage across national press and all major broadcast channels.
