Marks & Spencer appoints Pitch to drive the ‘Living Your Dream’ promotion.
Marks & Spencer has appointed Pitch, to create and manage a national promotional campaign as part of the leading retailer’s innovative partnership with the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 team.
The partnership comprises the creation of the 'Living the Dream' Collection, a Grand Prix-themed boyswear range, produced exclusively by M&S which was launched in September. The dynamic kidswear range, which is available in M&S stores throughout the country and at www.mclarenshop.com, has been inspired by the cutting-edge design and technology used by the Formula 1 team and the personalised logos and identities of the team's two drivers, 2008 World Champion Lewis Hamilton and Finland’s Heikki Kovalainen.
As part of the agreement, M&S has committed to donating a percentage of sales from the range to fund a unique national promotion, Living Your Dream, for children between the ages of 5 and 16 to win the chance for their dreams to be realized.
