#PitchPubQuiz

Last night saw the second instalment of the #PitchPubQuiz attended by over 75 leading lights from the sports industry.

MTC emerged victorious beating of stiff competition from the likes of Talk Sport, The Daily Telegraph, LOCOG and Twitter amongst others.

The night was held at the Century club in Soho, hosted by our very own Drew Barrand, who likened himself to a “poor man’s Bob Holness”.  The night brought a mixture of random outbursts of vociferous cheers and grunts as guests found out round by round whether their “educated guesses” had been proven correct or not (mostly the latter).

Pitch would like to say a massive thank you to all those who were in attendance, and also to those who took part in the comfort of their own homes (or the office) by using the #PitchPubQuiz on Twittter. A special thanks must also go to Richard Gillis for providing the tricky but thought-provoking questions for the quiz.
